My Let’s Draw Sherlock entry!

Based on Franz Marc’s Two Cats, Blue and Yellow from 1912

Marc is my favourite painter of all time and I’ll never ever get over the way he used colours and how beautifully he depicted animals and humans and everything. I’m of course not even close to doing him justice, but it was a lot of fun working on this. ;w;

I feel that I may perhaps being silly now and focusing on random body parts, (not that the WHOLE of Mark isn’t perfect right enough), so we have had hand porn, and now I’m moving onto the neck.

Mark has a very pretty neck, it’s all pale and slender and very, very, um, long. It’s so kissable, so…lickable.

Behold a few pics of Mark with his lovely neck on show to celebrate. I like him in his suits but when not wearing a tie or collar we get a good look and sometimes just a little peak of chest hair, and it I enough to leave me squirming in my seat…

Guys. Is Mycroft married? We always asume he is single, and as he said to Sherlock ‘all lives end, all hearts are broken, caring is not an advantage’. So it makes no sense for him to be married- it just goes against everything he says. And yet there is a wedding ring. This show is so pernickety about detail and so I doubt that the ring would be there without a reason. Unless it isn’t a wedding ring. It is on the wrong hand but it must mean something.

Mark has answered questions about the ring several times on twitter - it’s a prop not his own, and it’s not being worn as ‘a wedding ring’.

Yes the orange jacket is cute and the floofy curl was having a super-floofy adorable day, but what I love about this most is just how on top of the world he was after just coming back from seeing the filming. Like he says in the Doctor Who Confidential - not only was he watching Doctor Who being filmed, after a hiatus that must have often felt like it would never end, but he was watching his Doctor Who being filmed. Even five episodes on I bet he’s never forgotten that feeling.
